A Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a> da Bahia, atrav\u00e9s da Delegacia Territorial de Am\u00e9lia Rodrigues, deu cumprimento ao mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva expedido pela Vara Criminal da Comarca de Am\u00e9lia Rodrigues contra um homem suspeito de roubo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Segundo a pol\u00edcia, o crime ocorreu nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es da rodovia BR-324, onde, de acordo com relatos e registros de ocorr\u00eancias, ele agia portando arma de fogo, subtraindo pertences de v\u00edtimas que transitavam pelo local.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram iniciadas imediatamente ap\u00f3s a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos registros dos crimes e, com base no reconhecimento realizado pelas v\u00edtimas e em outros elementos de prova colhidos, a Autoridade Policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do suspeito, que foi prontamente deferida pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

O mandado foi cumprido no final da tarde de ter\u00e7a-feira (17), no bairro do Areal, em Am\u00e9lia Rodrigues, ocasi\u00e3o em que o investigado foi localizado e recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o<\/a>, sendo conduzido e apresentado na unidade policial para as provid\u00eancias de praxe.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a ado\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos legais, o preso foi conduzido para o Complexo Policial de Santo Amaro<\/a>, onde permanecer\u00e1 custodiado na carceragem da 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
