Na madrugada deste domingo (22), a Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia prendeu em flagrante um homem, que n\u00e3o teve a identidade revelada, durante os festejos de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o<\/a> em Serrinha<\/a>. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada pela equipe de plant\u00e3o, com o apoio do CATTI\/SISAL, ap\u00f3s ele ser acusado de cometer os crimes previstos nos artigos 163, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico, inciso I, do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro (CPB) \u2013 com base na Lei Maria da Penha \u2013; 250 (inc\u00eandio em casa habitada); e 147 (amea\u00e7a contra mulher por raz\u00f5es de g\u00eanero).<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a>, a v\u00edtima buscou aux\u00edlio no posto policial montado no Est\u00e1dio Municipal, relatando que havia sido amea\u00e7ada por seu ex-companheiro, que tamb\u00e9m ateou fogo na casa onde ela morava com o filho do casal.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s receber o relato, os policiais se dirigiram imediatamente ao local e encontraram o im\u00f3vel com evid\u00eancias de um inc\u00eandio <\/a>recente. O Corpo de Bombeiros<\/a> j\u00e1 havia controlado as chamas, evitando que o incidente causasse maiores trag\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n

Minutos depois, a equipe localizou o suspeito, que confessou ter incendiado a resid\u00eancia. Ele foi preso em flagrante e conduzido \u00e0 delegacia, onde o caso foi formalmente registrado. A pol\u00edcia segue investigando o caso.<\/p>\n
