Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 A defesa dos contribuintes nos processos da Receita Federal poder\u00e1 ser feita por meio de sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o oral, bastando ao cidad\u00e3o enviar v\u00eddeo ou \u00e1udio contendo as argumenta\u00e7\u00f5es, sem a necessidade de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de formul\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

A medida vale para processos inseridos na pauta de julgamento das Turmas Recursais \u2013 DRJ-R \u2013 por meio do\u00a0e-CAC<\/em>. Basta ao interessado gravar um v\u00eddeo ou \u00e1udio simples, com um tempo m\u00e1ximo de 10 minutos de dura\u00e7\u00e3o, acessar o portal\u00a0e-CAC<\/em>, Processos Digitais, e utilizar a op\u00e7\u00e3o Juntar Anexo da Sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o Oral, informou o Fisco.<\/p>\n

O detalhamento sobre os procedimentos para envio da sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o oral est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no\u00a0site da Receita Federal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser feita pelo contribuinte ou por um representante legal designado por ele. Ap\u00f3s o envio, ser\u00e1 emitido um protocolo de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o contendo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es relativas ao anexo.<\/p>\n
