Ele tamb\u00e9m foi sentenciado pelos crimes de les\u00e3o corporal grave e amea\u00e7a, que foram cometidos, na mesma ocasi\u00e3o, contra duas pessoas no munic\u00edpio baiano de Mara\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a den\u00fancia do MPBA, de autoria da promotora de Justi\u00e7a Alicia Violeta Passeggi, o crime ocorreu em 5 junho de 2021. Na manh\u00e3 daquele dia, as v\u00edtimas transitavam por uma via quando perceberam o r\u00e9u incomodado e esbravejando frente a bloqueio colocado pelo Munic\u00edpio para impedir a passagem de ve\u00edculos at\u00e9 a praia. Eles tentaram explicar o motivo ao empres\u00e1rio, que se incomodou e acabou proferindo express\u00f5es homof\u00f3bicas, praticando discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e preconceito por motivos de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual contra as v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<p>O cen\u00e1rio de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o se repetiu \u00e0 noite, quando o r\u00e9u retornou ao local e, novamente, dirigiu-se \u00e0s v\u00edtimas, chegando a agredir uma delas com um soco no rosto, provocando fratura no nariz, o que a incapacitou para as ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es habituais por mais de 30 dias. Na senten\u00e7a, a ju\u00edza Thatiane Soares registra que \u201co r\u00e9u, em vez de utilizar os canais civilizados e legais para contestar o ato administrativo, como um requerimento \u00e0 Prefeitura ou uma medida judicial, escolheu o caminho da viol\u00eancia e da discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o.
