Equipes da 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial de Feira de Santana cumpriram, nesta quinta-feira (3), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem de 20 anos investigado por homic\u00eddio tentado. O suspeito foi localizado na casa de familiares, na Estrada da Terra Dura.<\/p>\n

Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do acusado em um atentado ocorrido no dia 15 de fevereiro<\/a>, em um residencial. No local acontecia uma festa de anivers\u00e1rio e o suspeito, juntamente com um comparsa, atirou contra as pessoas que participavam do evento.<\/p>\n

A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o da tentativa de homic\u00eddio tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o com a disputa por territ\u00f3rio do tr\u00e1fico de drogas. Uma das pessoas que estava no local integrava um grupo criminoso rival.<\/p>\n

O suspeito foi submetido ao exame de corpo de delito no Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT), ficando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
