A Pol\u00edcia Civil prendeu, na quarta-feira (18), o policial militar acusado da morte de Fernanda dos Santos Pereira, de 24 anos, ocorrido em um posto de combust\u00edveis, no centro do munic\u00edpio de Ilh\u00e9us, na quinta-feira (11). O mandado de pris\u00e3o foi cumprido uma semana ap\u00f3s o crime, por equipes do N\u00facleo de Homic\u00eddios de Ilh\u00e9us e da 7\u00aa Coordenadoria Regional de Pol\u00edcia do Interior (7\u00aa Coorpin), com o apoio da 69\u00aa Companhia Independente de Pol\u00edcia Militar (CIPM).<\/p>\n

A medida cautelar foi solicitada ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio, pelo titular do N\u00facleo de Homic\u00eddios, delegado Helder Carvalhal de Almeida, um dia ap\u00f3s o crime. <\/p>\n

\u201cO mandado de pris\u00e3o foi solicitado sob sigilo, com o objetivo de preservar o inqu\u00e9rito policial, onde reunimos todos os elementos probat\u00f3rios que comprovaram a materialidade e a autoria\u201d, informou o delegado.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com o delegado, o principal indicativo para motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime \u00e9 de ato f\u00fatil. \u201cA situa\u00e7\u00e3o iniciou com um desentendimento entre a v\u00edtima e a tia do autor. O policial tomou partido da tia e come\u00e7ou as agress\u00f5es, culminando no homic\u00eddio\u201d, detalhou.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es seguem para complementar o esclarecimento do caso. O autor passou por exames periciais e seguir\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
