Um grave atropelamento registrado na manh\u00e3 de sexta-feira (18), por volta das 10h, resultou na morte de Jo\u00e3o Almeida de Souza, morador da comunidade rural de Brejo Grande, no munic\u00edpio de Boquira, sudoeste da Bahia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Portal Achei Sudoeste, parceiro do Acorda Cidade, o acidente ocorreu na BA-156, na divisa com o munic\u00edpio de Maca\u00fabas. A v\u00edtima teve o corpo dilacerado com o impacto e morreu no local.<\/p>\n

O condutor do ve\u00edculo respons\u00e1vel pelo atropelamento fugiu sem prestar socorro e ainda n\u00e3o foi identificado. O Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT) esteve no local para realizar o levantamento cadav\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n

O corpo foi encaminhado ao Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML) de Bom Jesus da Lapa. A Pol\u00edcia Civil instaurou um inqu\u00e9rito e est\u00e1 investigando o caso para identificar o motorista envolvido no acidente.<\/p>\n
