Na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (22), um homem de 34 anos, que n\u00e3o teve a identidade revelada, foi preso em Arraial d\u2019Ajuda, destino tur\u00edstico de Porto Seguro<\/a>, ap\u00f3s vender terrenos falsos.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil, o suspeito causou um preju\u00edzo de R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o \u00e0s v\u00edtimas ao vender terrenos que n\u00e3o eram dele.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o portal g1, o suspeito j\u00e1 tem passagem pela pol\u00edcia e responde a cinco inqu\u00e9ritos na Delegacia de Arraial d\u2019Ajuda por crimes de estelionato.<\/p>\n

O homem \u00e9 morador de Arraial d\u2019Ajuda. Ele contatava as v\u00edtimas pessoalmente e oferecia im\u00f3veis. Compradores foram surgindo, fechando neg\u00f3cio e logo ap\u00f3s realizar o pagamento, inclusive, com carros e dinheiro, descobriam o golpe, pois os verdadeiros donos apareciam para constatar os terrenos.<\/p>\n
