A Caixa concluiu, de forma antecipada, o cr\u00e9dito referente \u00e0 distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos lucros do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS) nas contas vinculadas dos trabalhadores. Foram distribu\u00eddos R$ 12,9 bilh\u00f5es, o equivalente a 95% do lucro l\u00edquido de R$ 13,6 bilh\u00f5es obtido em 2024.<\/p>\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o, que teve in\u00edcio em 25 de julho, foi antecipada ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 1.124\/2025 do Conselho Curador do FGTS (CCFGTS) e conclu\u00edda em 28 de julho. O cr\u00e9dito foi efetuado diretamente em mais de 234,4 milh\u00f5es de contas vinculadas, beneficiando cerca de 134 milh\u00f5es de trabalhadores em todo o pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Com a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos lucros, a rentabilidade das contas vinculadas do FGTS, em 2024, atingiu 6,05% (3%+TR+distribui\u00e7\u00e3o). O rendimento ficou acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo, que foi de 4,83%, e garantiu ganho real aos trabalhadores.<\/p>\n

A distribui\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7a o papel social do FGTS ao valorizar o patrim\u00f4nio dos trabalhadores e, ao mesmo tempo, manter investimentos em habita\u00e7\u00e3o, infraestrutura e saneamento, setores que impulsionam o emprego e o desenvolvimento do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
