A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio do N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Neam) e da Delegacia Territorial de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o, prendeu em flagrante, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (6), o autor do crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, cometido contra uma v\u00edtima portadora de transtorno mental e epilepsia.<\/p>\n

A partir do conhecimento da ocorr\u00eancia, ainda na noite de ter\u00e7a-feira (5), foram iniciadas dilig\u00eancias com base em informa\u00e7\u00f5es alcan\u00e7adas durante a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. As equipes do Neam e da DT de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o atuaram de forma conjunta para localizar o suspeito, que passou a ser procurado imediatamente ap\u00f3s a pr\u00e1tica do crime.<\/p>\n

As equipes policiais conseguiram localizar o autor, que foi perseguido e capturado em flagrante na manh\u00e3 desta quarta (6). Todos os procedimentos legais foram devidamente formalizados pela Pol\u00edcia Civil, a Autoridade Policial representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do preso, e este encontra-se \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia reafirmou o compromisso com a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos vulner\u00e1veis, o enfrentamento \u00e0 viol\u00eancia sexual e a import\u00e2ncia da den\u00fancia como ferramenta essencial para responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos autores e prote\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n
