O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MP-BA<\/a>) recomendou \u00e0 Prefeitura de Feira de Santana que n\u00e3o realize novas admiss\u00f5es de cuidadores escolares com base apenas em an\u00e1lise curricular. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m estipulou o prazo de at\u00e9 seis meses para que a Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Seduc) promova as adequa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias no quadro funcional. <\/p>\n

A recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada pelo vereador Professor Ivamberg Lima (PT), durante a sess\u00e3o desta quinta-feira (07), na C\u00e2mara Municipal. O parlamentar foi o autor da representa\u00e7\u00e3o enviada ao MP questionando a legalidade do processo seletivo realizado pela pasta.<\/p>\n

Segundo Ivamberg, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico solicitou que a Seduc apresentasse a justificativa para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o emergencial, indicando a necessidade tempor\u00e1ria e excepcional. No entanto, conforme informado pelo vereador, a secretaria n\u00e3o conseguiu comprovar a urg\u00eancia nem apresentou documentos que justificassem a medida. \u201cA sele\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi feita de forma abrupta, porque j\u00e1 era uma necessidade reconhecida, e ainda assim optaram por analisar curr\u00edculos\u201d, criticou.<\/p>\n

Diante disso, o MP recomendou que a SEDUC elabore um cronograma de a\u00e7\u00f5es para a readequa\u00e7\u00e3o do quadro de cuidadores, dentro do per\u00edodo de seis meses. O \u00f3rg\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m orienta que, at\u00e9 o fim do prazo, seja feita a rescis\u00e3o dos contratos atuais.<\/p>\n
