No m\u00eas de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Agosto Lil\u00e1s e em alus\u00e3o aos 19 anos da Lei Maria da Penha, a Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a> da Bahia, por meio do N\u00facleo Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (NEAM) de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o, com apoio das Delegacias Territoriais de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o e Rafael Jambeiro e 9\u00aa Delegacia de T\u00f3xicos e Entorpecentes de Feira de Santana, cumpriu mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva e efetuou pris\u00e3o em flagrante por posse irregular de arma de fogo contra A.S.C., investigado pelos crimes de descumprimento de medida protetiva, estupro e sextors\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o policial, foram apreendidas tr\u00eas espingardas artesanais, que estavam na posse do investigado. A pris\u00e3o preventiva foi representada pela Autoridade Policial respons\u00e1vel pelo caso e decretada pelo Ju\u00edzo Criminal de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o com fundamento na garantia da ordem p\u00fablica e para resguardar a integridade f\u00edsica e psicol\u00f3gica da v\u00edtima, diante da gravidade dos fatos.<\/p>\n

O investigado, ex-companheiro da v\u00edtima, a constrangia a manter rela\u00e7\u00e3o sexual sob amea\u00e7a de divulgar imagens \u00edntimas, gravadas sem seu consentimento. Mesmo ap\u00f3s o abuso sexual ocorrido em 25 de julho, no interior de um motel, o agressor persistiu enviando mensagens e exigindo novos encontros, sempre sob coa\u00e7\u00e3o e intimida\u00e7\u00e3o, inclusive com amea\u00e7as armadas.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o refor\u00e7a o compromisso da Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia no combate \u00e0 viol\u00eancia contra a mulher, especialmente durante o Agosto Lil\u00e1s, que simboliza a luta pela erradica\u00e7\u00e3o desse tipo de crime.
