A adequa\u00e7\u00e3o das vias para viabilizar a faixa exclusiva, tamb\u00e9m denominada de Faixa Azul, foi determinada com a san\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 4.315, pelo prefeito Jos\u00e9 Ronaldo de Carvalho.<\/p>\n<p>A lei entrou em vigor com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o na edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Di\u00e1rio Oficial Eletr\u00f4nico do Munic\u00edpio (www.feiradesantana.ba.gov.br), nesta quarta-feira (20). \u00c9 uma iniciativa do Legislativo feirense, atrav\u00e9s do vereador Luiz Augusto de Jesus.<\/p>\n<p>A faixa adicional \u00e9 uma sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a e tem como objetivo organizar o espa\u00e7o compartilhado entre autom\u00f3veis e motocicletas, visando \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes e ao aumento da fluidez do tr\u00e2nsito.<\/p>\n<p>A Superintend\u00eancia Municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito (SMT) ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por realizar estudos para a viabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da Faixa Azul, executar a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das faixas e colocar placas de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o onde forem implantadas, com o objetivo de orientar e informar sobre a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O Poder Executivo regulamentar\u00e1 a presente lei no prazo de 30 dias, a contar da data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><em>Informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Secretaria de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Prefeitura de Feira de Santana<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leia tamb\u00e9m: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acordacidade.com.br\/politica\/projeto-que-preve-faixa-exclusiva-para-motos-em-feira-sera-analisado-pela-comissao-de-obras\/\">Projeto que prev\u00ea faixa exclusiva para motos em Feira ser\u00e1 analisado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Obras<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Siga o Acorda Cidade no<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/news.google.com\/search?q=acorda%20cidade&amp;hl=pt-BR&amp;gl=BR&amp;ceid=BR%3Apt-419\"><strong><em> Google Not\u00edcias<\/em><\/strong><\/a><em> e receba os principais destaques do dia.
