Um adolescente de 15 anos foi apreendido em flagrante, na tarde de ter\u00e7a-feira (19), no bairro Jardim Bahia, em Paulo Afonso<\/a>, ap\u00f3s amea\u00e7ar a m\u00e3e com uma faca e afirmar que colocaria fogo no carro dela. A ocorr\u00eancia foi registrada como ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de amea\u00e7a, no contexto de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e familiar.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima, de 35 anos, relatou que j\u00e1 vinha sofrendo amea\u00e7as frequentes do filho e que, ele esteve em sua resid\u00eancia e a intimidou novamente, desta vez empunhando a arma branca. A Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio da Delegacia Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam\/Paulo Afonso), realizou dilig\u00eancias e localizou o adolescente ainda no local, procedendo com a apreens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

A faca utilizada foi recolhida e apresentada na unidade policial. O Auto de Apreens\u00e3o em Flagrante de Adolescente Infrator (AAFAI) foi lavrado, com as comunica\u00e7\u00f5es de praxe j\u00e1 realizadas. O adolescente permanece \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a, aguardando audi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n
