A Secretaria Municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (Sehab) cadastrou 238 im\u00f3veis durante o Mutir\u00e3o de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria realizado no \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (16), no Conjunto Ayrton Senna, em Feira de Santana. A a\u00e7\u00e3o, que aconteceu na Escola Municipal Oscar Dami\u00e3o de Almeida, teve como objetivo oferecer seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica \u00e0s fam\u00edlias e garantir que seus im\u00f3veis estejam devidamente legalizados.<\/p>\n

O mutir\u00e3o faz parte das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de habita\u00e7\u00e3o do munic\u00edpio, permitindo que os moradores tenham acesso \u00e0 documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para formalizar a posse de suas resid\u00eancias. Com isso, eles poder\u00e3o usufruir de benef\u00edcios como acesso a financiamentos, transfer\u00eancias e heran\u00e7as de maneira regularizada.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Sehab, os moradores que n\u00e3o puderam comparecer ao mutir\u00e3o ainda t\u00eam a oportunidade de realizar o procedimento. Para isso, devem se dirigir \u00e0 sede da Secretaria, portando a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o exigida.<\/p>\n

O secret\u00e1rio municipal de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, Valdivan Nascimento, destacou a relev\u00e2ncia do trabalho realizado. \u201cEsse resultado mostra o quanto a comunidade est\u00e1 engajada em buscar a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o. Cadastrar o im\u00f3vel \u00e9 garantir tranquilidade e dignidade para as fam\u00edlias. E refor\u00e7amos que aqueles que n\u00e3o puderam participar do mutir\u00e3o devem procurar a Sehab, pois o direito \u00e0 legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um passo essencial para transformar a realidade de cada morador\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n
