Na manh\u00e3 deste s\u00e1bado (23), foi inaugurado o Pelot\u00e3o da 65\u00aa Companhia Independente da Pol\u00edcia Militar, no munic\u00edpio de Tanquinho<\/a>, h\u00e1 cerca de 42 km de Feira de Santana. A nova unidade refor\u00e7a a presen\u00e7a policial na regi\u00e3o, ampliando a seguran\u00e7a e a proximidade com a comunidade.<\/p>\n

O evento contou com a presen\u00e7a do Governador da Bahia, Professor Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues; do Comandante-Geral da Pol\u00edcia Militar, Coronel PM Magalh\u00e3es; do Subsecret\u00e1rio da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, Marcel Oliveira; e do Coronel PM M\u00fcller, Comandante do Policiamento da Regi\u00e3o Leste.<\/p>\n

Durante a solenidade, as autoridades destacaram a import\u00e2ncia do novo pelot\u00e3o para o fortalecimento da atua\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva e ostensiva da PMBA, reafirmando o compromisso do Governo do Estado com a seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e com a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho policial.<\/p>\n
