A Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral da Bahia determinou a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o do mandato do prefeito e do vice-prefeito da cidade baiana de Serra do Ramalho. Eli Carlos dos Anjos Santos (PSDB<\/a>) e o vice, Jos\u00e9 Aroldo Muniz dos Reis (PDT), s\u00e3o acusados de abuso de poder econ\u00f4mico. Apesar da decis\u00e3o, os pol\u00edticos permanecem nos cargos, pois a senten\u00e7a cabe recurso.<\/p>\n

Segundo o g1, o prefeito e o vice foram alvos de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o que deu luz a diversos casos de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es tempor\u00e1rias e comissionadas, de forma incomum, realizadas no ano eleitoral de 2024. De acordo com a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, as contrata\u00e7\u00f5es foram realizadas sem respeitar a lei que determina a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um processo seletivo simplificado ou demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de excepcional interesse p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o foi publicada na ter\u00e7a-feira (2) e levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o o fato de que, em 2024, Eli Carlos concorria \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o. Ainda segundo o g1, a a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial traz dados correspondentes ao m\u00eas de janeiro de 2024, dispon\u00edveis no Tribunal de Contas, mostrando que a despesa para servidores tempor\u00e1rios no munic\u00edpio passou de R$ 314 mil para pouco mais de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de 443 servidores tempor\u00e1rios e 70 comissionados.<\/p>\n
