Um homem de 42 anos foi preso em flagrante pela Pol\u00edcia Civil em Lu\u00eds Eduardo Magalh\u00e3es, na quinta-feira (4), sob a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. Ele \u00e9 suspeito de abusar da pr\u00f3pria filha, de 10 anos. A pris\u00e3o foi realizada por policiais do N\u00facleo de Atendimento Especializado \u00e0 Mulher (Neam) no bairro Jardim das Ac\u00e1cias. <\/p>\n

Diante do fato, a autoridade policial representou ao poder judici\u00e1rio o pedido de preventiva que foi decretada.<\/p>\n

O caso foi descoberto pela m\u00e3e da crian\u00e7a, de 25 anos, ap\u00f3s ela encontrar fotos e v\u00eddeos do ato sexual no celular da menina. A v\u00edtima confirmou para a m\u00e3e que o pai era o autor dos abusos, que teriam ocorrido em pelo menos tr\u00eas ocasi\u00f5es, quando ela ia ficar com o genitor.<\/p>\n

O homem, que j\u00e1 usa uma tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica por um processo ligado a tr\u00e1fico de drogas, tamb\u00e9m responde por estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra a m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima, que tamb\u00e9m foi abusada pelo autor quando era adolescente. O suspeito confessou a pr\u00e1tica dos atos e a autoria dos registros fotogr\u00e1ficos, e afirmou ser portador do v\u00edrus HIV.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima foi encaminhada para atendimento m\u00e9dico e para o Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT) para exames periciais. Um primeiro teste para o v\u00edrus HIV deu negativo, mas ser\u00e1 repetido conforme orienta\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica. <\/p>\n

A crian\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m receber\u00e1 acompanhamento psicossocial, conforme previsto no Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA).<\/p>\n
